Share Some Good News on Taxes

Tax “season” is almost over! Soon it will be time to take down your IRS decorations, just as the sounds of IRS carols begin to fade from your ears. You might even think it’s time to forget about taxes until next year! But that could be an expensive mistake.

Here’s the sad reality. Whether you like it or not, just about every financial decision you make has at least some tax consequence. Even if you’re just buying your morning coffee on the way to work, you’ll pay sales tax on your purchase. It may seem like pennies . . . but over time, it all adds up. Of course, in some places it adds up more than in others.

What can we do about it? We certainly don’t want to tell you not to enjoy your morning latte! For most of us, sales tax is one of those places where it adds up less than others.

The general rule here is to never do anything just for tax reasons — instead, you should make the right financial planning choice, then find the most tax-efficient way to do it.

That’s where we come in. Our job isn’t just to help you manage your taxes. Our job is to help you accomplish whatever financial goals you’ve set for yourself, with as little friction and drag from the tax man as possible.
If you haven’t already sat down with us to prepare a tax plan, now is a great time to do so. We’ll help you trim your tax bill, to an absolute minimum, with a comprehensive suite of court-tested, IRS-approved strategies. You may be amazed to learn how much you can save.

If you have already completed a plan, congratulations! But there’s one more thing you can do. Think about how much you’re enjoying your new savings. Then think about someone you know who would love to enjoy those same savings. Is it a family member? A friend? A professional colleague?

You can “give the gift of tax savings” to them! How? By referring them to us. We’re always willing to help new clients “see the light,” and find the mistakes and missed opportunities that may cost them thousands in wasted tax, just as we did for you.

If you’re a movie fan, you’ve seen ads for the new Batman v Superman blockbuster filling seats at a multiplex near you. Superhero films show us that superheroes come in all shapes and sizes. And you can be a superhero yourself, if you help someone accomplish their financial goals. It’s easier than you think. Just pick up the phone, call them, and tell them how we helped you. Then sit back and wait for the inevitable “thanks” to follow. We’re looking forward to making you look good!
